Mother Teresa (26 August 1910 – 5 September 1997), Agnesë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu




Mother Teresa became a nun in 1927 and was sent first to Ireland and then to Calcutta, where she taught in a girls’ school for nearly 20 years , before deciding to devote herself to working with the people living in the slums of Calcutta . After a short medical training , she and two other nuns took to the streets, caring for the sick and dying . In 1950 she founded the Missionary Sisters of Charity , which now has 775 homes in 120 countries .

For over 45 years she was carefully to the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying, while guiding the Missionaries of Charity's expansion, first throughout India and then in other countries.

She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979 and India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna, in 1980 for her humanitarian work.

Mike : Thank you . That would be great . Can I see the menu please ?

Waiter :Of course . Here you are .

Mike : Thank you . Now Ann what would you like to order ?

Ann : Oh I’m not sure what to order , but I think emmm… a chef’s salad , and for

second plate …

Mike : Do you prefer steak , grilled octopus or baked salmon ?

Ann : I prefer steak please .

Mike : Ok

Waiter : Are you ready to order now ?

Ann : Yes I’d like chef’s salad and a steak please.

Mike : I’d prefer a tuna salad and baked salmon

Waiter : Would you like to drink something ?

Mike : Yes . A bottle of wine please .

Waiter : Would you prefer red or white wine ?

Mike : Red please .

Waiter : Yes , Do you want to order your dessert now ?

Ann : Yes , I’d like a ice cream soda . What about you Mike ?

Mike : I ‘d prefer a fruit cocktail please .

Waiter : Thank you

FLEA MARKET OF KRUJA


Flea market of kruja is wonderful market .This market is very ancient and its location is in the center of Kruja . Many shops and stalls open 7 days a week ,9 am to 5 pm .

There you will find many antique different things starting from ; Folk suits , crafts created by local artist , antique jewellery , ceramics , paintings , sculptures etc , and most of them are created by local resident .


In this big flea market prevailing Folk suits from different cities of Albania starting from north to south . Also in this market has and traditoinal carpets itself worked with human hands . This market is visited by many tourist to come from many countries of the world but also by guests of Albania.


There not sold only traditional clothing but also traditional food of different cities of Albania .
